Baltimore's slice of progressive soul

Center Stage – An Evening of the Blues

Zac and Trina put together a Blues set for opening night of Baltimore’s Center Stage production of “Dance of the Holy Ghosts.”  A fantastic evening of music, food, Blues-era decor, and a powerfully written/acted play.  Grateful to have been a part of a beautiful evening of the arts in Baltimore.

Bluesy covers included Baby, I Love You by the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin, Superstition by the Great Stevie Wonder, and the show-stopping I’m a Woman as sung by Peggy Lee.

Our performance gained a brief mention of “gifted Blues musicians” in the Baltimore Post-Examiner review.
